Keith Deats
Kieth is a graduate of the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business in Advanced Business and Executive Coaching and an MBA graduate. He has mentored for some 20 years as a methodology in his own Leadership of companies and actively coached for the past 4 years. Julie-Anne Kitt
Julie-Anne holds an MBA from the Open University Business School and is certified by Kaplan & Norton as a practitioner in strategy execution. Her work is client centred and underpinned by knowledge & understanding gained through continuing professional development in; leadership, quality management, health and safety, stress management, and neuro-linguistic programming. Vincent Walshe
Vincent works as an Internet Marketing Consultant helping businesses to improve the returns that they achieve from their internet presence. Prior to working as an internet marketing consultant, Vincent worked for 15 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry with Johnson and Johnson and Jacobs Engineering in quality and senior IT roles.
Vincent focuses on each company’s business strategy and by using the various internet marketing tools shapes this into an effective online strategy. Vincent’s passion is to help the internet generate a strong Return on Investment and all of his efforts are focused on making his client’s websites into commercial successes.
He holds a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from University College Dublin and an MBA from the Open University and is also a certified Internet Marketing Consultant with WSI, the world’s largest internet marketing company.
Niall O’Reilly
Niall spent most of his working life in financial services, having been a Branch Manager with Irish Permanent at the tender age of 25 he was promoted to Regional Manager and later to Area General Manager. He was ultimately appointed Head of Retail in Irish Permanent with responsibility for the running of the Branch Network nationwide and a key member of the Executive Management Team. Following the merger of Irish Permanent and TSB in 2001 he was appointed to the new Executive Team as General Manager of Operations and gained valuable experience working on the Merger Integration Executive. He left the Bank in 2003 to take on the challenge of running his own business.
Executive Coaching, Senior Team Developement and Strategic Planning facilitation are the areas where he feels he is most effective and adds the best value. He has a particular passion for and interest in Career Transition Coaching having experienced significant change on a regular basis in his own career. He is keenly aware of the psychological challenges of leaving corporate life to establish a new life and new career.
Nial is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Coucil, The International Coaching Federation, The Irish Coaching Development Network and the International Postive Psychology Association. He carries full professional indemnity. He has an Advanced Management Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching from UCD Smurfit Business School which sees him qualified at level 9 in the new National Framework of Qualifications.
Tony O’Riordan
From 1989 until 2007 Tony was a Director of the DCC owned Allied Foods & Logistics. He was one of the senior management team who formed Allied through a Management Buyout in 1989.
During his time as a Director of Allied he was involved in a wide range of organisational issues across the full spectrum of business from strategy formulation through to service delivery. He has extensive experience of the ongoing pressures in organisational life and is particularly interested in leadership and development and its challenges in the organisational context.
Tony holds an MBA from the Open University Business School, a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology from Leeds Metropolitan University and is currently pursuing an MA in Business & Executive Coaching. He is qualified in the use of the Myers Briggs Typology Instrument and has used this very successfully in coaching practice. Tony brings a practical approach to coaching grounded in ‘Psychological Mindedness’ to bring about successful and lasting change. A strong business and strategic focus together with a ‘person centred’ approach underpins his style.
He has lectured and coached on the Executive MBA programme in UCC and carried out mentoring assignments on behalf of Enterprise Ireland, Cork City Enterprise Board and the Going4Growth programme which is sponsored by FAS. He is a Facilitator in the Cork area for The Irish Coaching Development Network and a member of the European Coaching and Mentoring Council. He is a member of the Board of Extern and Extern Ireland and is the current Chairman of the Southern Chapter of the MBA Association.
Jim McDonald
Jim McDonald has over 30 years experience in managing people in a manufacturing environment at management level.Jim qualified as a Life and Business Coach with the Irish LifeCoach Insititute and had been working as a Change Management Consultant for the past number of years.
